Today I get to lead an amazing team of 150 who build all of the Digital and AI experiences that power Les Mills. We serve 23K gyms around the globe, 100K instructors, and hundreds of thousands of Movers in D2C experiences. I believe science supports humans in pursuing their best life and my goal is to inspire, delight, and move people literally and figuratively.

In his current role, he leads the H+P team focused on developing and launching comprehensive programs focused on various aspects of health, ultimately enhancing the vibrancy and sustainable productivity of Google's workplaces. Originally from Nigeria and raised in Cleveland, OH, he earned his Ph.D. in Psychological and Forensic Assessment from Kent State University. A Clinical Psychologist by training, Will has devoted much of his career to reimagining the experience of seeking and receiving mental health services—shaping it into a stigma-free, open, and fulfilling journey.
