Michael Pihowich
Michael advises private equity and corporate clients on buy- and sell-side transactions. His experience covers a broad range of industries with a current focus on manufacturing and distribution and consumer products (beauty, personal care, food and beverage, and apparel) sold through channels including e-commerce, multiunit retail, wholesale, and specialty. He also advises on transactions for restaurants, franchises, and hospitality.
Prior to his work in TAS, for over 10 years, Michael held positions in business finance, global product management and corporate development at large multinational companies. He began his career at a Big Four firm in Toronto, Canada in the assurance and consulting practices.

Julien Steinburg
Julian Steinberg is a Co-Founder of Alliance Consumer Growth (“ACG”), a leading growth equity fund providing capital and value-added partnership to the most promising emerging consumer brands, with strength in beauty. Notable beauty businesses that ACG successfully partnered with include OUAI Haircare (later acquired by Procter & Gamble), Milk Makeup (later acquired by Waldencast), Tata Harper (later acquired by Amore Pacific), Pacifica Beauty, Nudestix, SuperOrdinary, and, most recently, iNNBeauty Project and Half Magic Beauty. Prior to founding ACG, Julian built Atlas Advisors’ principal investing affiliate, Atlas Consumer Growth, while also advising on M&A transactions as a Managing Director at Atlas. Julian received a BA in History from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Nisha Phatak is Cofounder and COO of Lion Pose, a clinical skincare company focused on treatments for hyperpigmentation, and headquartered in San Francisco, CA. Lion Pose sells their products in Sephora stores nationwide, and has been featured in Allure, Cosmopolitan, Women's Health, Elle, Essence, Real Simple, and more. Prior to Lion Pose, Nisha acted as interim COO at Great Jones cookware, and was VP of Operations and employee #1 at Huggable, an online infant formula company. Before focusing on consumer products, Nisha led major strategic partnerships at Indiegogo and Box, and was an equity research analyst covering consumer technology and ecommerce. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Carnegie Mellon University, and participated in the Y Combinator and Sephora Accelerate startup incubator programs.
